This position will provide communications support to Chevron downstream fuels marketing and refining business with focus on aligning and inspiring employees to deliver on business objectives and goals.

 

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

 

  • Working closely with the regional senior leadership team to advise and develop strategic and tactical communications plans and activities
  • Undertaking speech writing, town hall coordination, Web cast coordination and development, event planning, key message creation, articles/presentation development and other communications tools creation
  • Working closely with other corporate and field colleagues to ensure communications plans and tactics align with corporate, operating company and business unit objectives
  • Tracking, measuring and analyzing web stats, pulse surveys and undertaking research to develop and deploy targeted internal communications plans
  • Designingand developing communication tools to support crisis and issue management activities

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with preference for Communications or any related field
  • 8 – 10 years of relevant communication / public relations / journalism experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent collaborative skills and can establish and maintain business relationships with a network of colleagues at all levels
  • Creative fair, with ability to work across different digital and non-digital communications modes
  • Disciplined and results driven

 

 

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:

Selected candidate will work in the Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
