Job Responsibilities


  • Be responsible for understanding, analyzing and interpreting channel needs and consumer needs to marketing insight, and then co- work with marketing and sales team to propose channel marketing strategy and 1 Year Sales Marketing Plan.
  • Prepare program proposal, including promotion, signage, seminar and furthermore communications internally and externally to support our business
  • Work closely with sales team and distributors for marketing program implementation including guidance to program execution, on-site supports for selective critical events, post-evaluation of programs and reappraisal.
  • Lead channel POSM design and manage POSM allocation including consistent communication material planning and design/messaging development, allocation mechanism and delivery tracking.
  • Support on vendor selection and management including new vendor SOW review and partner coordination for marketing programs such as online premium list update, periodical market research to collect users’ feedbacks and analysis to generate business insight to continue optimization
  • Support on monthly marketing program analysis report, including execution status, ROI, improvement plan.
  • Contribute new marketing initiatives, including B2B SCRM, consumer to workshop program, etc.
  • Support some channel study and research.


Job Requirements


  • 5-8 years working experiences in relevant industry, lubricant background will be a plus
  • Prefer to have both marketing and sales experience with at least 4 -year marketing roles 
  • Experience in digital and social CRM will be a plus
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Fluent in oral & written English
  • Master of Excel & PPT
  • Outstanding communication skills
