Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of 
Procurement Specialist - Invoice Auditor / Data Analytics located in Makati, Philippines through March 28, 2017.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be asked to complete a variety of invoice verification data analytics work and may work on projects simultaneously.   The position provides various supply chain back-office operational support and analysis for procurement teams in Chevron companies in North America, Asia, Australia, Middle East, Africa and Europe and in all streams.   Procurement Specialist will have opportunities to interact with BU customers and SCM managers, suppliers, warehouse, freight forwarders and other functional groups like Finance and IT.


Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to


  • Reviews invoices
  • Performs audits of invoices and executes contractor audit reviews  
  • Summarizes and reports review findings and coordinates resolution of issues resulting from various forensic reviews


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
  • Professional auditing qualification such as Certified Internal Auditors is preferred
  • Experience in public accounting firm or as an internal auditor in a multinational oil company
  • Demonstrate excellent planning, business, analytical and communication skills
  • Relevant experience in /Buying/Buyer Process / Procurement / Supply Chain function is a plus
  • Must be open to learning and exploring a variety of Procurement/Supply Chain business areas
  • Must be open to go on shifting schedules

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Diploma/Certificate in Procurement/Supply Chain Management would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Procurement process, Contracting, eSourcing, contract administration, and eProcurement would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in ERP tools such as SAP/JDE/Ariba would be an advantage
  • Previous audit experience would be an advantage

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
