Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Operations Coordinator  located in Makati City, Philippines through January 22, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

 

 

 

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

 

Operations Management (Operational Excellence):

 

  • Coordinate and manage the repair and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Dispatch service providers and generates work orders for service.
  • Monitor completion of service and resolves customer satisfaction/service issues/concerns.
  • Provide field contract management and mechanical, technical and operating counsel and guidance.
  • Perform facility maintenance inspections and ensures that equipment fault reports are attended to by maintenance service staff.
  • Participate in construction site safety walks and audits.
  • Assists with the development and updating of specifications for all contracts and service orders.
  • Monitor and enforces service level agreements for contracted services in his/her area of responsibility.
  • Assist with the logistical and coordination support  for the BCP organization to ensure undisrupted operations.
  • Monitor procurement, disbursement and inventory of facility equipment and maintenance supplies.

 

Maintain Key Capabilities (Organizational Capability):

 

  • Role models use of quality concepts, tools and methods in establishing and maintaining efficient work processes that are aligned with overall objectives of Facilities Management, staff and tenants
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement

 

Budgeting and Metrics:

 

  • Assist with the preparation of budget for all tenant repair and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Prepare management reports and charts: operating expense

 

Safety Management (Operational Excellence):

 

  • Follow all necessary building operations procedures consistent with and in support of Corporate Policy; and ensures staff is adequately trained in their use and requirements.
  • Conduct safety training and disseminates office safety advisories and reminders to employees.
  • Follows up on reported unsafe conditions and ensures that issues are resolved.


Other:

 

  • Special assignment as requested by Operations Supervisor.
  • Assume operating responsibilities in the absence of the Operations Supervisor.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably with Electrical Engineering background
  • With 2-3 years of work related experience
  • Experience in facility management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Has good communication skills
  • Facilitation and organization skills
  • Team player

 

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.


International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
