Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:


  • Ensure consistent application of leave management policies and procedures across the group’s customer base.
  • Ensure applicable local country laws impacting leave management are considered in the delivery of leaves management counsel to employees and managers.
  • Manage leaves from initiation, extension and return from leave of absence in ServiceNow.
  • Review leave cases in ServiceNow leveraging eligibility rules to determine leave type and duration.
  • Counsel employees on leave logistics including documentation required.
  • Lead the coordination of first day of leave, payroll updates and any impacts on expatriates.
  • Monitor return to leave reports and partner with the employee and supervisors to determine potential return or extension of leave.
  • Address and resolve complex questions and issues pertaining to leaves.
  • Partner with TR Center of Expertise to ensure team is kept abreast of any changes in leave management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that services provided to customers comply with service levels agreements.
  • Build and develop strong collaborative working relationship with the various stakeholders.
  • Ensure resolution of both internal and external customer requests, queries and complaints to provide a high level of customer service.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 solid years of experience as HR Business Partner and/or Leaves practitioner, with in-depth understanding of leaves policies and procedures. Global experience is preferred
  • High level of proficiency with Excel, including data analysis tools
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, influencing, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong teamwork and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • With keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is an advantage


Relocation Options:

  • Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

  • Selected candidates will work in Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
