Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Perform support by managing various customer concerns and ensuring quick resolution of low-medium risk issues
  • Revisit and document existing processes

 

Required Qualifications:

  • College/university students graduating in 2019, 2020 preferably pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or other IT related course
  • Students required to render at least 3 months full time of internship as part of the school curriculum
  • Students with proof of good moral conduct and/or endorsement from college/university
  • Knowledge in basic programming/object oriented programming language
  • Experience/knowledge in .NET and Java
  • Displayed problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and collaborative
  • Has genuine interest in pursuing a career in IT

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Agile development methodologies
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and achievements in co-curricular activities
