Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Perform Level 1 support by managing various customer concerns and ensuring quick resolution of low-medium risk issues
  • Revisit and document existing processes


Required Qualifications:

  • College/university students graduating in 2019, 2020 preferably pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, etc.
  • Students required to render at least 3 months of internship as part of the school curriculum
  • Students with proof of good moral conduct and/or endorsement from college/university
  • Experience/knowledge in Unix/Linux and/or Windows Server and some experience using RedHat/CentOS, Windows 2008 Server
  • Knowledge in basic programming/object-oriented programming language
  • Experience with at least one of the development languages (e.g. Python, C#, C++, Java, JavaScrpt, SQL etc).
  • Some understanding of protocols/technologies like HTTP, SSL, LDAP, DNS, IPSEC/VPNs and PKI (at least theoretical).
  • Displayed problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and collaborative
  • Has genuine interest in pursuing a career in IT


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Agile development methodologies
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and achievements in co-curricular activities

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.


International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
