Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

 

  • Coordinate and manage the HR portal and knowledge management strategy.
  • Lead and oversee content management including intake process, prioritization and execution.
  • Partner and collaborate with HR content stakeholders to develop and update content.
  • Ensures accuracy of all HR Portal and Knowledge Management content.
  • Lead and develop documentation maintenance strategy for HRSS.
  • Lead regular portal and knowledge management system content audit process.
  • Lead and manage documentation maintenance procedures.
  • Manage and develop knowledge management and procedural content and partner with COE, Business HR and other parties as needed.
  • Ensure communication of content changes to all impacted groups.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in content management and development
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Knowledge and experience of case management systems (e.g. ServiceNow) desirable

 

Relocation Options:

 

  • Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
