Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Access Management Analyst  located in MakatiNCR (Manila)/Philippines  through October 27, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

 

•Works on requests related to active directory/FTP administration, email administration, file and print server management, user provisioning and data management, configuring folder permissions, file share.

•Performs simple troubleshooting of Windows o\s, AD issues

•Work on adhoc tasks related to compliance.

•Manages work load to complete requests by the due date

•Works with Subject Matter Experts to make sure all operational documentation is kept up to date and has an appropriate level of detail.

•Follows documented operating procedures at all times and is committed to operational excellence

•Generates ideas for continuous improvement and works on the implementation of such ideas when appropriate

•Amenable to working on shifting schedules.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

•Good oral and written communication skills

•Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills

•Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

•Experience with Windows 2008 and Linux

•Experience with Active Directory, File Share and and FTP.

•Experience with web based Remedy Ticketing system

 

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.


International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
