Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

·  Ensures all procurement and stock control transactions are compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

·  Assists with review/test/audits as required, in accordance with controls defined for procurement and stock control processes at facility (SOX).

·  Uses transaction systems as designed to support regional/local spot purchasing and local contract management.

·  Manages plant-wide on and off-site service contract agreements through SAP/Ariba to ensure records kept according to corporate guidelines for retention and content.

·  Manages contractor expenses by ensuring that services are performed according to agreed upon rates, conditions, etc.

·  Manages the procurement of materials and services from initial requisition to invoice processing to meet corporate and local procurement guidelines and practices.

·  Maintains records to ensure all purchases are accurately coded in SAP to reflect operational, cost of goods sold or capital expenditures.

·  Ensures that SAP and hard-copy documentation include management/other plant personnel approval of and receipt for goods/services.

·  Coordinates with Planning and Logistics personnel to purchase components at economic levels consistent with throughput, thus preventing disruption of blending operations.

·  Schedules orders in OCS and SAP and work with vendors for replenishment.

·  Responsible for vendor management (optimize modes of transportation, receipt quantities, timeliness of receipt and corrections of non-conforming receipts)

·  Must apply Supply Chain and internal control processes related to inventory controls and support Procurement Operations and Stock Control Supervisor in this area.

·  Booking of physical counts and determination of variances exceeding tolerances defined.

·  Presentation on time of accurate inventory reports, with active involvement at the operational level.

·  Develops and presents periodic complimentary reports for various management levels in the organization to assure issues are clearly identified and monitored.

·  Maintains close and frequent communications with departmental supervisors regarding stock control performance and suggesting areas needing improvement.

·  Leads the physical stock count team, working together with departmental supervisors, including assembling of stock counts teams and stock count sheets preparation and distribution.

·  Develops and applications of JLA's for administrative and operational areas of stock control and procurement.

·  Completes assigned safety/process observations and loss/near loss in IMPACT and follow through to completion, including 5-Why, investigations and action items.

Required Qualifications:

·  High School Diploma or Equivalent

·  Strong Experience in working with Procurement/ Stock Control

·  Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at tailoring oral and/or written communication to meet audience needs.

·  Demonstrated ability to work productively in a team environment, both supporting other team members and contributing to the effectiveness and reliability of the team.

·  Demonstrates pro-active, collaborative approach with ability to build positive relationships within department and organization.

·  Proven ability to analyze and understand complex situations quickly and develop practical, appropriate solutions to resolve issues. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing work priorities and deliver high quality, accurate work with multiple deadlines.

·  Experience in SAP, Ariba, and MS Office (including SharePoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree.
