Job Responsibilities:

 

  1.      Develop and test standard formulation, optimize and convert global formulations into local operational formulations to achieve customer requirements and product cost optimization targets.
  2.  Coach and support the laboratory staff to ensure tests on raw materials, blending samples and filling samples are carried out in accordance with Quality System (QS) .
  3.  Prepare QC procedure in line with Quality System (QS).
  4.  Ensure laboratory equipment are properly maintained, calibrated and operated via scheduled preventive maintenance.  
  5.  Implement Statistics Quality Control processes in the collection and analyst of data from various manufacturing process in accordance with TS 16949 requirements to reduce variance and waste.
  6.  Keep good communication & provide professional technical support to other departments.
  7.  Carry out analysis of in-Service lube oil samples for customers.

 

 Job Requirements:

 

  1.  Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry or chemical analysis.
  2.  At least three years’ chemistry laboratory experience with multinational manufacturing companies, professional background in lubricant field is preferred.
  3.  Be familiar with Quality Control system, such as ISO9000 / TS16949.
  4.  Good spoken and written English skills are preferred.
  5.  Skilled use of computer and a variety of common office software.
  6.  Good communication skill and team work spirit.
